Returns And Refunds
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for full refund (delivery Charges) not include, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (14) days of the purchase date (not including 2-5 day processing). All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a return but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. Some Products may have there different return policy please read description of the product for more information about return policy of that particular product .It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it.If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Some Products may have there different refund policy please read description of the product for more information about refund policy of that particular product.Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Pinkbae (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any product delivered to you that fails to match the seller’s description is eligible for
- a refund as long as it is unused and in perfect condition.
- For defective or damaged products, please contact us through contact us page to arrange a refund or exchange.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

- Yes, any product that is covered by Domestic Returns can be returned domestically, as long as it is unused and in perfect condition. No questions asked.
